PLease Note: We only accept orders from UK addresses and will not send out orders
outside of the UK due to problems with delivery
Your order will normally be sent within 48 hours.
We do our best to maintain stock levels but on occasion an item may be out
of stock. You will not be charged for this item and as we do not presently operate
a back-order system, you will need to re-order the item at a future date. New
items are difficult to restock at short notice, particularly as much of our
stock is from abroad.
Your order will be sent out properly packaged and we cannot accept liability
for items damaged in transit. Damage should be reported to the Post Office and
it is a good idea to photograph visibly damaged packaging before you open it.
Goods that have manufacturing faults or are not as described can be returned
but please contact us first for an authorisation number so we can properly arrange
a refund. We are unable to accept the return of goods for any other reason.
