Conditions of Use

Before you order from our online shop, please read the following terms and conditions as your use of the online shop signifies that you have understood and agreed to them.

Nothing in this online shop should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying “I would like to buy these things if possible.” We are saying “We would probably like to sell them to you.” However, there are a number of things that could stop this from happening, including but not limited to:

- Out of Stock items. Please contact us first if your total order is dependent on one or more of the items being available.
- Technical difficulties with receiving or processing your order. Please make sure we have the correct contact details for you in the event of a problem.
- Problems with your payment. We will take legal steps to recover monies owed and expenses incurred in doing so.
- When using discount codes/vouchers please note that they do not apply to items that are already discounted.
- Mistakes. If we make a mistake you must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify this before cancelling payments.

Discount Codes: please note that only one discount code may be used on any one purchase.

Please be aware that as all computer monitors vary in make,colour and quality. The ACTUAL colour of the products we sell may vary from the colour that appears on screen. Where possible we use images direct from the manufacturer to ensure a close match, but colours on individual screens are out of our control
