If you encounter a problem when trying to go through checkout, & the screen continually brings you back to your cart contents, then the problem is most likely the following:

Go back to your "Basket"

If you see any stars next to a product like this: 

Once the stars have gone you will be able to move onto checkout!
where you should then be able to move onto the ordering process.
